Facts

In recent years, noticeable significant increase in the intensity of research in the field of modeling and artificial intelligence, which determines the main trends in the technology of decision support systems (DSS). Today modeling - the most widely used method for solving problems of planning and management.

However, despite the growing popularity and prospects of using simulation in practice, there are significant difficulties in its implementation. The problems of modeling and evaluation of the adequacy of well covered in the literature . Another problem accompanying any task modeling is to explain the simulation results, since the simulation does not give a practical solution, but only provides a sequence of facts in time and make some suggestions.

The interpretation of the facts and reach conclusions based on it is beyond the scope of modeling problems. Nevertheless, the interpretation and findings are critical to the user set of models (CM). This problem arises in difficult cases, the need to attract experts to interpret the simulation results. Lack of experts required qualifications or expertise of the high cost of simulation results can create serious obstacles and even reverse the benefits of simulation as a tool for planning and management.

Thus, the immediate challenge is to develop special software environments focused on consultation and explain the results of simulation.
